"The products sold by Zaino are definitely of high quality and the shipment is also very quick. However, the cardboard box that the items were packed was quite weak and arrived completely squashed. My biggest compain though is with the customer service. I asked a question by email and in response I was asked to call them between 5:30AM and 8:30AM PST on Mon, Tue or Thu. I was unable to call them within those hours so I tried to obtain the answer through email. The responses that came back were completely unprofessional. The first response was 2 words and the second one 3 words. After that I gave up contacting them..."
