Too Secure
"I don't know about their other products, but once I screwed the lid down on the slide-opening cup, that was it. No unscrewing it it to open it back up again. Might as well have been Krazy-Glued down. Pretty serious design flaw, imo.."

ZAK customer support is the worst
"I purchased a coffee mug for $12 in December 2018 as a Xmas present. A crack appeared in the bottom inside and at the bottom outside making it dangerous. I emailed support and their reply was
