Questionable policies
"I recently purchased a stainless steel table (Omcan) from Zanduco, Sales was very friendly and all was fine—until I received my table. It had a bent corner that had been retouched, and it had indentations—at least 6 of them—on the top table surface, and stained (oil?) on the lower shelf. When I called to ask for help installing wheels (casters) (which i had purchased from another seller as they were OOS) they didn’t respond—not to my photos of the bend in the metal, not about the dents. I then sent them an email re poor quality of the table, and how the screws, holding the top of the table, had been over-tightened. This points to a worker who doesn’t know his own torque-tool strength—or doesn’t care. The top of the table had a protective film on it, but the indentations came from below the table. It has been a week it and still no response. I had to check google to learn how to install the table wheels."
