"Originally I was displeased with Zeeberry because my guaranteed Christmas delivery did nto make it. Zeeberry's inital response to me was not satisfactory. However, after I expressed my displeasure with the company, they could not do more to make the situation right. The level of service, response time and overall result was EXCEPTIONAL! Zeeberry went above and beyond to make it right and far exceeded what I was expecting their actions to be in this case. This is a company I woudl highly recommend to anyone. It is my belief that customer service plays an important role in people returning for future purchases. This company WOW'd me after a very bad initial purchase had gone bad. Zeeberry should be on top of everyone's list when looking for jewlery."
