Return Policy on Defective Parts
"Bought a 63-75 Lighter Housing and Retainer (Pt # D-1058) for my 1969 Corvette. Tried to install it but it would not tighten up properly. I called Zip-Corvette and was told the new production was for visual purposes only and would not perform or fit as a factory part. I asked to return it and was told, I would have to pay for the return shipping. I told the rep. the description did not state the part was defective and was told, it didn't matter. Deceptive products are not covered by their guarantee and will NEVER buy from Zip-Corvette again."

Terrible Customer Service
"Over the three years I have bought numerous parts from Zip while rebuilding a car I had. They have always had terrible response time when I had a problem and they don't follow the schedule they give you on delivering parts and it is always someone else's fault. Finally when you are at the end the road and they can't send the part and they have no other excuses they just stop taking your calls and ignore your emails. I would not order another part from them for any reason."

"THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER. THE SEND OUT DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NO APOLOGIES, AND REQUIRE PICTURES AND HASSLE AFTER HASSLE TRYING TO RETURN IT. JUSTIN ABBOTT IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A VP. ANOTHER ZERO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT HAS COME DOWN TO THREATS OF A LAW SUIT!"
