Good experience
"Pro: Sent a couple of messages prior to doing the transaction. All were answered concisely which gave me confidence to send my phone. The offer was reduced which segways not to a con but to a beware… I believe that unless you’re never used your phone at all no matter how many safeguards it will never live up to their flawless. If you can accept flawless with a deduction, you’ll be happy. Their deduction brought the offer from higher than anyone else to the highest from anyone else."

They care about the customer they tell you exactly what’s good about your items that you’re selling them what’s wrong with the items and they give you the most fair price super friendly sells people they probably get a hold of you and say we have gotten your device. "This company made selling my used I phone verrry easy!
The postage was prepaid so it was very easy to send back. I was notified when it arrived at the company headqtrs., and since I didn’t pay the expedited service fee, it still only took slightly over a week from start to finish.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received and will happily use them again."

"The selling process with Buyback Boss was Seamless. Once I was able to get my device information entered and shipping label printed the device was shipped. Then came the waiting process, but during this time I would receive emails or texts with updates or asking if I had any additional questions. When I received the update regarding my phone they confirmed the amount and a check was sent. Within about a week I received the check."
