Still waiting on the parts
"Communicated with them through Text today. They were very good. Told me to give it a few more days and gave me a credit on the shipping cost. I have done a lot of business with them and this is the first time that this has happened. I feel it is on the FedEx shipping side. Not. Car Parts .com fault…."

Bad follow up
"I spoke with customer service on 2/19 concerning the wheel bearing I received being defective. The lady told me a replacement would be sent and I would get an email in 24-48 hours. I have yet to receive that email and I'd like to know the status of my replacement part."

Very unreliable
"I have bad experience, I run a mechanic shop and bought a part; they charged me, but after more than a week without receiving it, i called, and they told me it had not been available since the day i pushed it. However, they never informed me, and and i lost the job because my customer was very upset. i will never buy from this place again."

Unfortunately, the part was stocked in a warehouse that does not service your area. Once our system detected this, the order was automatically canceled, and the payment was voided within an hour of your purchase. A notification email regarding the out-of-stock status was sent to you at that time.

Greatly disappointed
"Many times I have been thrilled with your company. This time I've been greatly disappointed. My 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid was their first year as a Hybrid Camry featuring a Unique 12volt battery to start the electrical system, which Toyota decided to change the battery 2008 to the present. When I ordered this one year only battery from Caroarts.com I trusted you knew and when it arrived the wrong one, Customer service asked for pictures, which I did, and Kent tried to find. The next email I received from Richard P. (Customer service) Stated that the only 12volt battery you had was the one sent, implying it was right and I was was mistaken... Toyota verified incorrect and I asked for return and refund immediately. I have no additional funding to order correct battery from other distributor and am stranded in the mountains of Vermont without transportation. You claimed soonest FedEx can pick up us Wednesday, almost a week after my call, and that refund would take at least 2-3 days to be sent AFTER battery arrives back at your warehouse. This puts me in a extremely bad situation and unable to have refund, order and delivery of the correct battery for possibly two more weeks. That is a month stranded in the winter snow/ice of the Vermont mountains, all because I trusted your company to send the accurate battery. Needless to say ... Future business with your company is questionable. Please try to expedite refund."
