Great experience
"Pros:
Employees are friendly & knowledgeable on a variety of motorcycles and gear.
Excellent tire installation & balance service.
Great selection of tools, and maintenance items.
Nice selections for gloves.
Store is clean & well-kept for how old it is.
Returns are easy, no hassle.
Cons:
Stock can sometimes be an issue, "we can order it" is said probably 10,000 times a day.
Need higher-end ADV gear to be in stock, particularly for jackets, pants and most especially: footwear.
Larger sizes (XXL, XXXL) are always hard to find in jackets.
Size 44 pants are virtually non-existent.
Need better variety of higher-end ADV helmets, Hornet X2 (none in stock), Arai XD-4 (only black & white in stock - yuck, and then only in a couple sizes).
Store needs to be bigger, i.e. twice its current size.
Anyways, I'm a fan of the store, and spend a ton of money there. My preference is ADV gear. Keep up the good work."
