"I needed a briefcase- found the one i wanted on google images...it was for sale on etail electronics. I placed an order about a week ago. I checked my bank account. They charge me for two. So I emailed them saying I do not want two please only charge me for one. No reply yet. No product(s) yet. Whats up with that? I hope when (or if) it comes its good quality. :/ In this day and age- customer service has to be #1. Sorry etails but I am very dissatisfied."

"I ordered the Yukon Digital Ranger 5X Night Vision Unit (28041) I think it was March 2, 2010 and received it on March 4, 2010. Very fast delivery via UPS and I did not pay for 2 day service. The product is excellent and just what I hoped for. I don't know if they put in a extra battery pack, but I had one. If that is not standard for this scope then that was a nice touch. I would recommend buying from eTail Electronics based on my experience. Jim"

"Website clearly stated item was "in stock". I ordered the item, but 2 days later I receive an e-mail stating part was out of stock and my order was canceled. This makes me believe this "store" is just a middleman. They did apologize, but offered no substitute or rebate on another model."

"I found a good deal on a Garmin Zumo 550 on etailelectronics web site that was in stock. I placed my order. 2 days later I get an email that said it was no longer available and that it was displayed as available at that price due to a computer glitch and it was no longer available and was removed from the web site. When I checked the web site the only thing had changed was that the orice went up over $200 to the regular price...bait and switch? My understanding is that once the submit order was submitted the seller and I had a contract. So was this a breach of contract? The person on the phone was at least nice however, but could not help me."

"I had a tricky very large LCD mount that needed to span a pretty large a VESA hole format (300 X 300), act as an articulating arm and, fit onto one stud on my wall. These guys replied immediately and were extremely helpful in answering the annoying questions I had. The person who replied must have been refreshing his email every few minutes because the replies came almost instantaneously. The content and info to say nothing of the human element, was refreshing. No form replies. No cold and disconnected answers. I felt like I was talking to an old buddy who was working there and was going to personally help me out. : ) Refreshing and *very* recommended!!!! "After having a terrible experience trying to buy an espresso maker from a different online retailer, I called etailelectronics.com to verify that they actually had the model I wanted in stock. The woman who helped me was very nice, and indicated that they had one more in stock. So on December 21, 2005, I ordered a DeLonghi EC140B Espresso/Cappuccino Maker. I received an order confirmation e-mail very quickly, and my order was shipped out the same day. It was delivered on time with no problems. They didn’t have the absolute best price and their website could use some work, but the customer service that I got and the extremely fast shipping more than made up for it. I am very satisfied with this vendor and would do business with them again."

"Wonderful experience - I had cancelled an order from one the New York City (Brooklyn) crap dealers who took two weeks to process an order only to declare it "lost" by UPS. eTailElectronics, located in North Dakota, not only took the order at 3:30PM in the afternoon, they guaranteed next day air delivery. Low and behold the next day the UPS truck rolled up my driveway and their it was. To top it off, the unit was delivered from of all places - BROOKLYN!! This outfit is honest, fair, and doesn't promise what it can't deliver. Highly recommended..."

"This is generally a good online company, fast shipping and prompt customer support. However, there's one problem. I ordered Casio PAG60T-7AV Pathfinder watch for Valentine's Day, received the watch on 2005/02/04, great watch and all but...... it's not what I ordered. I received a PRG-60T-7AVDR Pro Trek watch, which I believe is the European version of the same watch that I ordered. Since Valentine's Day is just a week away, I really can't afford to return the watch. Anyway, to make the story short, since Casio has an international warranty (I think... and I hope), they'll service the product as long as you have the proof of purchase with the purchase date on it. So I contacted their customer service, told them the situation, and they emailed me a new sales receipt with PRG-60T-7AVDR Pro Trek as the purchased product. Conclusion: It's ok to order from this company, just make sure you don't get a US-Version equivalent of the product that you ordered."
