"This eBay seller (enqing6688976) is very bad. Do NOT use it!
I ordered a 16 GB MP3 player from this eBay seller in May 2009. After three weeks, he sends me a 8GB MP3 player instead of 16GB one. He then asked me to send it back for a replacement. However, after receiving my return, he did not want to send me replacement or refund.
I kept working with him for over three months on this issue and sent him many emails. He just ignore my request, and did not send me replacement or refund. Later he even did not respond to my emails. My money and time were totally wasted.
I'm not the only one having such issues with this seller. You may find quite a few negative feedback for this eBay seller. The following are just a few examples from eBay. You may find more from eBay:
