"Overall, my experience was a good one. I found esystor.com is respond quickly and courteously to email. They had the best price and free shipping on a black Samsung SyncMaster 191T, so I ordered it. The next day they emailed me with an explanation that the black version of the monitor was out of stock but they had the silver version in stock. While I was slightly disappointed, I do believe this was an honest mistake. I checked their web page (and PriceWatch), and it was updated to show that the version for sale was now the silver version. I emailed them to tell them to send along the silver version instead, and that's just what they did. I received the monitor today, and it's great."
