"Must have been my fault for not looking more closely at what I was ordering. My granddaughter who is getting married likes to make herself tea when she spends the night at our house; therefore I wanted to give her a teapot along with other things. But the teapot I received was a 2 c. pot which I just missed. I wanted more of a 4-6 c. pot like mine, but I just misssed the size. I didn't find any info about returning the item. Two of my younger grandchildren bought it from me so I can go to a shop at a store. The item took a long time to arrive as well.
Don't plan to order from you again mainly since returning an item would have been a tedious project."
"I tried calling, no answer, tried texting, no response. I still have not gotten any shipping info yet. When I check on the status, it says that they have not received any shipping information. I will gladly change my rating if they would contact me.
UPDATE- After complaining that I have not heard anything, I then got an email saying that the product will be shipped in one to two days. It was.
