"Great Service. I ordered a Silverstone L16m htpc case that included a card reader as a promotion. Did not recieve the card reader w/ the case? E-mailed the store and got a response withen an hour. Greg took care of the problem imediatly and had one sent out. I would highly reccomend this site for anyone whos interested in building an htpc. Great job pcalchemy!"

"My Silverstone LC11M HTPC wasn't working right. I emailed and vmailed PCAlchemy on Saturday. The owner, Greg, called me on Sunday!...they are closed Sunday. He walked through some attempts to fix it, but no dice. He invited me to bring it to them, and they diagnosed a defective VFD and gave me a fresh new compelte LC11M on the spot and even assemled all my compnents into the new one at no charge...even refusing payment for the "extra mile" re-building of my HTPC which I originally built. I have never seenm such customer service. Just awesome and I would recommend them to veryone. Albert"
