Everything Went According to Plan
"Sold a 4 year old Mac mini to SYM. This was my first time dealing with them. Received a proposal immediately after contacting them about selling. It was a fair offer, a little higher than Apple would pay. They responded quickly to a question. Formalized the deal. Sent me a return authorization and label. Quickly reviewed the equipment. Agreed with my assessment of its condition and paid me thru PayPal very quickly and consistent with the proposal. I couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely do business with SYM again. Keep up the good work!"

They gave me a generous offer right off the bat, upgraded the offer once the item was received, and provided a free shipping box that made selling this thing on marketplace feel like I was trying to launch the space shuttle. Not to mention the payment came through the same day after my item arrived. Faster than Muhammad Ali ducking and jiving, bobbing and weaving. Tight.
