"Yes it is true they are a little slow to ship but I have ordered several accessories from them and the products were of excellent quality and have held up just fine. Whenever I have reached out to them I have always gotten a response and for the bargain price Laava charges I must say I'm impressed."

Complete Garbage and it took 19 days to arrive - AVOID
"I ordered a couple of iPhone cables from them, what a complete mistake that is. First, I placed my order and it took NINETEEN DAYS TO ARRIVE!!! Who wants to wait nearly 3 weeks???
AND THEY DONT EVEN WORK!!! I plugged my cable in and good thing it was not my 12 year old daughter using it, I GOT SHOCKED. The cable actually sent a shock through me as I was plugging it in. OH MY GOD!!! WHAT KIND OF GABRAGE ARE THEY SENDING OUT!!!
I went to use the charger I purchased for my daughters phone and IT DOES NOT EVEN WORK!!!! I understand iPhone cables break but such is not the case here. ONE DIDNT WORK, the OTHER physically SHOCKED me.
AVOID THIS SITE!!! Oh, they do not even answer the phone, it is a voicemail box. It sounds like a cell phone I am calling or one of those overseas mail boxes that they use these days.
It was not much money, under $20 but could of hurt or injured us. What if that was my DAUGHTER that got shocked from the faulty product!!"
