""I ordered MS Publisher for my new computer. Unfortunately, the software was using 32 bits and my new computer only works on 64 bits. This was disappointing as the download was fast. I had the occasion to speak with a Chase rep several times. He replied quickly and was extremely courteous and helpful. I was also immediately offered a refund.
