"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
10 days it will take me to get my 2nd day air laptops from them. I was consistently LIED to - the items shipped you'll have them Thursday; then they shipped Wednesday you'll have them Friday; come to find out they shipped Thursday and I'll have them Monday!!! I cannot do business with deceptive liars - no MORE!!!"

"We just received our order for a refurbished Game Boy Advance. I was a little leery about not having a color choice and I don't know if it was the game titles we picked (Nancy Drew: Message in a Haunted Mansion and Barbie Groovy Games) or the personal birthday message to our daughter but you shipped a PINK GameGirl - THAT IS SO FRIGGIN' COOL! Her favorite color to boot. Thank you so much, I know a birthday girl that is going to be stoked - EB Games rocks!
I honestly cannot see how these guys have such a low rating - been purchasing from them for 3 years now, several orders hundreds of dollars and they have NEVER let me down. Excellent customer support also..."

"5 more laptops DEAD this week 11-17-05 - ASUS, not ABS is the problem now - I don't expect to see these systems back for at least a month, they'll work for another month and then I will end up sending them back in when the break again and believe me they will die again, no doubt about it.

You still have 2 laptops 8 WEEKS NOW that we were told weeks ago (February 07) would be replaced outright with G2's although my emails are continually being ignored and NO systems have been received! I don't currently see a change to better service me. BTW - I just purchase 2 new servers, almost 10K from an alternate vendor. Do I need to turn this matter over to our corporate attorney?"

"No problems here. Purchased an Asus Motherboard w/onboard SCSI/ IDE support SLot 1 CPU upto 700mhz p2b-s to replace a burnt-out one in a server. Great price, fast shipping.
A CD and manual would have been nice but I got it off of the ASUS site, no problem"

"Ordered a Memorex USB 2.0 External CDRW 52x24x52 for a satellite office. What showed up was an internal Cd burner - not even close to what I ordered. When contacted we were told "we" could pay to ship the item back and they would return ship the correct item after receipt "or" they would send us out the USB enclosure. We opted for the latter.
Not very satisfied with the way that was handled. Did cost us extra hours to deal with..."

"Nothing but good to say about these folks. Some of the Great selection, best prices around, fast "free" shipping, excellent return policy (should you forget your wife's shoe size!)
It would be nice to check your orders on "their" site. (Currently can track from their site to UPS site). I need to change some account info and can't seem to do so on the website (incorrect zip code, my mistake)
I'll definitely buy from them again and refer them to others!!!"

"This company has some pretty decent pricing on "some" items... but be very careful before you check out, to confirm the shipping prices. More often than not if the price is the best around it will quickly fade as they absolutely gouge you for shipping - when checking pricing I find they are sometimes 4 times as high as their competitors when it comes to shipping costs. Also beware of "handling" costs in addition to shipping - something very few online vendors charge.
I have tried to get them to answer my concerns about the price gouging when it comes to shipping and on 3 different occasions my emails have fallen on deaf ears.
A recent comparison on a printer showed ground shipping at over $25.00 when I purchased it elsewhere ground shipping was $7.99!"

"Ordered July 1st, item shipped (UPS ground) July 2nd and I received it on the 8th.
The CPU had a half dozen bent pins - I straightened them and proceeded to install - was able to boot to the BIOS "once". The CPU was dead. I returned the CPU and in a week they returned the same CPU stating that it had booted into Windows fine (I've now tried this CPU on 3 know good systems - it's dead). They also emailed me stating that they found the CPU to be good and even if it wasn't the warranty was already expired.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!"
