"I needed a tile that is out of stock and would not be available for another month. The store owner went out of his way to find me the tile that I needed by contacting an owner that he had sold it to prior. He went to his house and got me a few tiles that I needed to finish my shower. I'm so grateful for his help and wonderful customer service. Thank you :)"
