“I have made a hand full of purchases from CARiD lately, including a couple returns. They are very helpful and quite prompt in their service and shipping. CARiD are very good people to work with, products I want, good prices and fast shipping, Update, had a wrong shipment, took 7 days to get an incorrect RMA. Still waiting for correct documentation of return 2 weeks later.
I really appreciated Tech Support Online - Bryan , he checked out what I wanted to know and got me the right information. Not only that, he also sent me a 5% discount on the parts I asked about and emailed a handy link to parts for my style truck. Update, Brian was wrong about the parts I wanted, cost me a lot of return shipping on bulbs. They did compensate me, but they were wrong about the part.
CARiD likes to look like they know customer service, but don't always practice it.
CARiD is a web front that drop ships from other vendors. There are 8 businesses in the building, I doubt they stock anything in-house.
CARiD is illegally using the registered trademark symbol ® on their Replace® parts, I've checked this on the federal site, this is NOT a registered federal trademark. They use the registered trademark symbol on the name in places on their web site, CARiD® is also NOT a federal registered trademark.
I've applied for their claimed trademarks, once I own them they are in for some federal law suits.
I recommend you stay as far away from CARiD/Onyx Enterprises as you can!”
