"A word of advice to the wise...never purchase merchandise from deepdiscount.com.
1. They always ship media mail, and the turnaround time is VERY SLOW...even though they charge shipping.
2. If you ever contact them for a refund, they will cop an attitude and give you a hard time...before eventually refunding you only a portion of what you paid. PLUS you need to pay for return shipping, not reimbursed either.
I tried to return a dvd set sealed as received, they took a portion of what I paid,
Their "customer service" is the worse: RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL.
If you want good discounts and customer service, go with Ebay and Amazon. These two are light years ahead of DeepDiscount, which is really, dirt and grime on the base of the earth."

On the other hand, regarding this same order, which I called up about later on,, I've never had a bad experience with this site except for the trashy customer service provided by another phone representative named "Maria". She was sarcastic, rude, and downright condescending. Talking down to customers as if they were as stupid as her. Get rid of Maria, and I will add another 2 stars to MoviesUnlimited.com."
