Not at all helpful
"I was having a difficult time finding the flavor of food my cat likes but saw it advertised as available on the Pets Warehouse site so I ordered it from them. The order indicated there was free shipping on orders over $49 and my order was for $75 dollars but $12 shipping was being charged anyway via USPS which is not very reliable these days either. But I wanted the food so I placed an order. The next day, Saturday, I received an email saying that the food was backordered. I normally use an easily recognized pet supply site for my orders and they list the current status of foods for availability so status updates like this don't occur and waste a customer's time. So I just now called the Pet Warehouse number at 1:00pm Saturday and got a message that they are only open during normal business hours Monday thru Friday. My usual supplier is available for customer service 24/7. So I'll consider this a one-time experience, ordering from Pet Warehouse.
I recommend looking elsewhere. Not much positive to say about this transaction."
