Ordered 5 days ago - still hasn't shipped
"Ordered on 12/19 and immediately got a confirmation email. Have received 150 marketing emails in the meantime. Still hasn't shipped as of Christmas day which was when I was hoping to give the gift. Even if it didn't get here in time, knowing that they gave it a go and got it into the mail within 5 days was what I was expecting"
