"I placed an order for a video card with it showing on their site as "in stock". I called to verify the stock status and the woman said that they in fact did not have the item, but it would be shipping tomorrow (6/17/2004). I received an email later that evening saying that they had suddenly been informed by their supplier that they would not be receiving the stock, and that my order was cancelled."

"I have had a number of good experiences with Newegg, this is just one that didn't go so well. I ordered a bundle that had a projector, a screen, an HDMI cable and component cable. The component cable was missing. They offered a $15 credit but the cable is costing me $30 to replace.
If its the worst thing that happens today its still a pretty decent day. It's just a little disappointing"

"Have had to place the order 3 times. It has been 60 days since the first order and 23 days since the third order and still no product. The website has many spelling errors and is poorly done, which should have been an indicator as to their level of professionalism. Calls to inquire about my order are forwarded several times and always ends up with the person who has the info. not being in the office. I've got to many things to worry about in my day to have to worry about whether or not my order is going to show up or not. On the off chance I get ahold of the person running things my order will be cancelled."
