"Avoid like the plague! Ordered my item and then finally got a hold of them 3 days later and asked why it hasn't shipped and do I get free shipping like their policy says. Well I was told I would not get free shipping and that the item was discontinued and "we would have to substitute another item" to get it shipped today. This is after they already charged my credit card which is illigial if the item is not in stock. So I said how about this item. He said no that item is $6 dollars more and "the system" wouldn't let him substitute it. Keep in mind I'm chatting with "Jack" who I believe is Jack Stapleton the owner of the company, yet apparently "the System" runs the store and he can't over ride it. Next he tries to substitute an item that is $8 less than the item that is out of stock. I said no cancel my order and give me a refund. He thens starts to ramble on about how he goes about ordering so and so items and how he doesn't keep these items in stock he has a guy go buy the items as they are ordered and my item has been discontinued. I said I don't want to hear it and cancel my order. He responds by saying "YAY" and ending the chat immediately. Now I can't get a hold of the company at all, my account has been disabled, chat doesn't work, emails not returned, and phone support "unavailable until they move to new warehouse". Looks like I'm getting ripped off because I made the owner mad. I have filed a report with the BBB and have contacted my credit card company about this."
