"AutoAnything does not back their products. Poor customer service! I have purchased several items from Auto Anything. Many items are not stocked by them. They are fulfilled by other sellers or manufactures. This was fine on the 1st few orders but when things area delayed then you have to call in and cancel your order. My latested order was a cargo carrier that did not last if 1st trip. When I returned from the trip I emailed photos of how cargo carrier failed and was a quality issue not a defect I was told to call the 800 number for a return. After weeks of trying to get through on the phone as they have no hold option or message system you are told to simply call back because call volume is too high. I was told it was beyond their responsibility and they could only request a defective exchange by the manufacture. When this is clearly a quality issue I dont want another one I just wanted a refund. They rely on their policies to protect them while ignoring customer service. I will NOT be ordering from them ever again."
