"Avoid SkinCareRX and Skinstore plz! They are British company and have strict and unreasonable return policy in U.S! Horrible customer services! Purchased item as a gift but received it with damaged and deformed outside box. I requested for an exchange but was refused because the customer representative believe the outside box damage doesn’t count “damage”. I can’t believe they are selling such a “looks used”product as a brand new one to their customers and refused to replace a product with horrible quality in U.S today!"
"I have a Rheem HVAC system which got problem and was replaced coil in May 2017. My HAVC is still in warranty so I got a coil part from Rheem, the model is RCF3624HTAMCA, the serial # is W161509105. The coil was down again and caused my Freon leaked this summer, 2018. My home warranty company sent a contractor to check the problem. The AC guy told me the coil Rheem sent last year was a defective one, and American Home Shield request me to refill the Freon on my own which would cost me around $1,000.
My unit is still in warranty, but I have spent several hundred bucks for the Freon in 2017. However, the defective coil caused my Freon leak and made me pay another $1,000 bucks for refilling Freon now. I am so disappointed with Rheem now and can’t accept the product quality they offered me. I’ve never seen any other AC brand has to replace coil and refill Freon every year.
I want them reimburse my cost on Freon and tried to contact with Rheem customer service via phone and email but neither could help. Their email representatives made me call and their phone representatives let me contact with their contributor. No one can help you when you have problem with your Rheem product."
