"Ordered dvd player and headrest monitor for my car from AutoDVDGPS / Qualir. Their website states headrest is in stock, when I ordered the headrest monitor, they claimed that they could not longer get the headrest. After 15 days and 10 emails, they final shipped me the wrong color headrest. They call it gray, but it's beige. Sorry customer service, every one acts like they don't understand."
