"This is my overall opinion of Newegg in it's current form. My ratings mostly reflect their shipping methods. Whereas in the past I could place an order with Newegg, have the product shipped from their LA warehouse, and get it within a day or two, now I get to wait 4-7 days (usually around 5-6) for the same package to arrive. Because of this I often order from other sources instead these days.
But the times when I had to interact with their customer service (returning defective item, etc), their service has been impeccable."
