Consistently reliable and a huge value

Zenni doesn't offer the best fashions or the strongest frames you can buy. But when you consider the bang for the buck, Zenni is a winner, hands down. I've ordered 5 or 6 times from them and I've never been disappointed.

Chew on this!

I found Chewy.com by accident. Another pet food direct delivery company really screwed the pooch with my food order and offered nothing but excuses. So a reasonably quick search led me to Chewy.com.

I couldn't be happier with them! And the hand-written Christmas card was completely unexpected. I know they probably can't keep doing that but what a nice touch.

Food is always shipped on time and there's never any issues with the packaging. I'm an auto-ship subscriber and will be for a long time!

Nice products on the web site but they don't deliver

So I spent over $100 with Nine Line and it took weeks to ship. UPS damaged the shipping envelope without even an apology note and most of the contents were dumped at some UPS hub. I got one t-shirt that I ordered from the entire order.

I called Nine Line and got a very nice person who said I'd get a replacement right away. Well, it's been a week and no shipping notice or anything that it's actually going to happen. It's been nearly a month since I ordered and I have one $100+ t-shirt.

Until they get their shipping issues fixed and their customer service follow-up issues resolved, I would stay away. I like to support veterans and veteran-owned businesses but these guys clearly haven't figured out more than marketing.

Quality is right where you'd expect from China

I ordered through the Geek app (wish.com) and crazy dog t-shirts fulfilled it.

This was a simple "tote" (keep that picture in your head) and what I got was a paper thin, small, container. Just two halves sewn together with flimsy handles sewn weakly to the bag. Price was $15. Shipping was an absurd $7. I thought it would be better quality. This is what you call "promotional" quality. You know.. that stuff they give away for free to promote a business and toss in the trash the next day. Yeah, that.

And for $7 in shipping, I got a vinyl envelope and first class shipping. Not even Priority mail.

Best quality shirts with outstanding service. I needed shirts with a larger neck but not a 2XL "generic" shirts. Charles Tyrwhitt was able to get me amazing quality shirts for a great price (the 3 for $99 is amazing!). Shipping is fast and the shirts iron up very nicely.

Put a fork in 'em. They're done. Ever since Rakuten Shopping took over Buy.com is worthless.

Today I got an email for a faucet that was priced just reasonably enough for me to buy it. It was being sold through a 3rd party but I decided I'd give it a shot. My last order was 9 months ago. After Rakuten came in, selection and price just never seemed to measure up.

So within 5 minutes of getting their promotional email, I clicked the add to cart button and was immediately told there weren't any more faucets available. Weird... I didn't realize faucet demand was that high. So I just did a quick search and found the SAME seller selling the faucet through eBay for $30 more but with more than 800 available.

Not getting it from Buy.com/Rakuten was probably a blessing in disguise. As other reviewers have experienced, it's just not worth shopping at Buy.com when there are so many reliable, consistent choices out there.

Ordered an item on Friday. Told on Monday it was out of stock. Your credit card is automatically processed when you place the order regardless of accurate stock reporting. When you ask for a refund, it can take 2-10 days. Weird since charging it takes seconds.

They offered to make things right and I asked for a 10% discount. They said they couldn't do it because it would be below cost but they could offer a 5% discount. When the item finally comes in.

No problem with a weekend delay in order response but charging a credit card before you ship and then saying it can take up to 10 days to issue a refund is just not right.

Not impressed.

A rep from ManVentureOutpost.com, manventure,has responded

“I apologize for the inconvenience. The refund delay is not in our control, your card issuer is responsible for that delay. We hope we get the chance to make up this experience to you in the future.”

They've gotten a lot worse

I've purchased from GaG multiple times and every time it was a breeze. You order, they process and ship often the same day, and your item arrives exactly as you'd expect. These guys really do a great job at web gun sales. Other dealers (cough, Buds), could learn a thing or two from them!

Well they used to be good.

Long story short... got an alert, placed an order, a day later was told they had an inventory glitch. Would take 5-7 days to get my credit back. Then just hours later, I get another alert saying the exact same item is back in stock.

How about charging me AFTER you verify inventory?

I was a fan. But after screwing up a $1400 purchase... not so much anymore.

Took my order for IN STOCK items, kept it for 5 days with no response to repeated inquiries, and then after a paypal dispute I magically received a refund (within a few minutes.)

Do not do business with this incompetent business.

I ordered 4 guns via layaway with Bud's. To get the "cash discount" you can pay via e-check. It's a great idea with really poor execution. It takes them 6 business days to process each payment even though the money is clearly deducted from your account in 1-2 days.

After paying off all 4 guns at once, only 3 were shipped. 3 days later, they haven't responded to two inquiries about the missing item and haven't shipped it either. So they have my money and I don't have a gun.

Guns were paid for on 7/16 but 3 of the 4 didn't ship until 7/25.

BUYER BEWARE. This organization will keep your money and not ship while they earn interest.

Use a credit card and dispute the charge but be prepared to have "issues" with Buds.
