Never again! Save your money!
"I would give ZERO stars if I could. Processing and shipping time was fine, so I guess worth 1 star there but that's where the good ends. I ordered online...triple checked ALL my information before submitting order. I received checks today and they got not ONE of our names wrong but BOTH and then proceeded to tell me it was MY order and how I input the information that was wrong...not that maybe they made a mistake somewhere. So, now customer service: guy got offensive almost immediately. He could only* offer me to start a new order at same price...over phone..with information corrected...but now because I was ordering over the phone; there would be extra fee. WHAT?? No refund on my junk checks with the wrong information printed. So now, not only would I be paying double, but being charged extra for their mistake, which would not be admitted. I will NEVER order from Bradford Exchange Checks again..even if THEY paid ME! NOT a happy customer! So much for 100% satisfaction guarantee!"
