Worst Customer Service I have experienced
"Placed an order for pens and tablets, was told 7-10 days. Received tablets in timely manner, after two weeks of not receiving pens, emailed & left messages for sales rep numerous times/day inquiring about order status with no reply/call back. Call into customer service to discover the pens were out of stock. No email, notification what so ever!! Needed product in time for a certain event. Was told that they can't help me and wouldn't credit me on my partial order that I did receive. Calls into customer service were pretty much useless, was told on 2 occasions that supervisor would call me back. No call back, Shocker!!! Placed another call to customer service and spoke to Jennifer!! She was fantastic (the only one out of 5-6 people that would actually help me) and agreed to credit us a partial credit on item we did receive due to their poor customer service! I will never do business with them again!"
