Would give 0 if I could
"I ordered a subwoofer and amp they called me and said that my billing address did not match the address I provided so they wouldn't send me my item. I gave them the address again they said it still did not match they told me to call my bank and update my address when I called the bank they confirmed that the address that I told them was the correct billing address I also sent the company a copy of my billing statement everything important blacked out that had my billing address on it They told me that they could not confirm it in there system when I told the last that it's obviously somthing wrong with their system because my bank confirmed the address and I had a billing statement that had the billing address on it the lady told me in not going to argue about it she then told me that she would cancel my order and buy it on eBay if I don't want to give the correct address I told her to cancel my order and refund all my money I went on eBay and ordered it and used the same address and it went through and shipped the same day"
