Horrrible horrible company!
"Absolutely the worst company ever! I ordered a Bluetooth integration kit that was supposed to be brand new. When it arrived, I took it in to get installed in my car. After ripping apart my radio the installer found out it had a broken input receiver and was previously used with the old tape marks clearly visible. I was charged $50 for uninstalling and reinstalling my radio. I asked for Sonic electronix to send me a new part immediately. After being on the phone for over an hour, they told me to email customer support which I found out later was the same guy I spoke with on the phone. After 3 days of not receiving any response I called and waited on the phone for 45 minutes to speak with the same representative getting passed from useless customer service agents to the next. Finally, when I reached the person I needed to he acknowledged that he had indeed received the email and had no reason for not replying. I asked them at a bare minimum to expedite the shipping of the new part to make up for all the trouble I suffered. After saying “no problem, we’ll overnight ship it,” Its been 5 days and I still haven’t received the package. As a result, Im going to have to reschedule the install again. I will never ever order from this company again! What an unnecessary headache! These guys had some of the slowest and worst customer service I ever experienced. And they didn’t even apologize once! I’d recommend to stay far away from this crappy place."
