Help and patience at every turn!
"I tend to be a nervous shopper, and I get overwhelmed easily when it comes to choice paralysis. I'd seen a comparison of a Puget System against an equivalent Apple PC a few years back in a School of Motion blog post. I was impressed by the results even then, so when it came time to finally upgrade from my laptop, it was an easy decision to reach out to Puget to see what they could offer.
I couldn't be happier about the experience from day one. Terrell made it easy to understand the whys and hows of the hardware requirements to make the Adobe products I use daily (I'm an animator and motion graphics designer) run faster and more reliably. I also appreciated that there was never any pressure to "BUY! BUY NOW!" It's a big investment, so I had a lot of questions, (which were always answered in a timely way) and I was given all the time I needed to think over the decision.
When I finally made the plunge, I liked that I got updates about how far along in the process the team was in building and testing my machine. The packaging it arrived in was sturdy, so I knew it would be in excellent condition despite having traveled across the US.
I've been using my Puget System for several weeks now and I couldn't be happier. It has all the ports I needed for 2 Wacom tablets AND an additional monitor. Also my programs have never moved so fast! Gone are my hurry up and wait days, now it's just smooth workflow.
I highly recommend a desktop from Puget Systems! Between the helpful team and the excellent hardware, they're worth every penny!"
