"i was very pleased with the customer service when i found out that Paypal, for some odd reason was never processed the payment... When i received the pants i had ordered, it fit a too bit snug, so i called to get a RA number to return or exchange. I had to order another one, pay again... AND... i was told, i will be charged additional $12 for restocking fee and shipping... which i thought was a bit too costly bc ive never had to pay this much for exchanging a product that was too small. i wasnt even allowed to return the item from using USPS to try to reduce the cost of being charged $12... it came today (8/4/011, which is three weeks after when i had intially ordered) AND they sent the same exact wrong size.... i would not want to order from this website again..."
