I had to change my phone number because they harassed me and my boyfriend
"First of all I got substandard medication from India. Ok. No problem. At least I got something. However their Indian customer service representatives called my phone after I told them I couldn't afford to buy any more meds. When my boyfriend told them to stop calling, the man hung up on him and called back 35 times in a twenty minute period!!! No exaggeration! He **** my boyfriend off so much he had a heart attack and we had to go to the emergency room. I called and wrote emails to the company's head honcho assuming someone would do something about it. NO. No one did anything except continue to call back and harass us about buying meds from them. I'm not an angry person but when they almost killed my boyfriend I was furious. If I could find them I would be sure to reciprocate and give them a heart attack. I had to change my phone number to get to stop. But why should anyone have to do that? Save yourself a trip to the emergency room and don't even speak to these people. They don't like you and won't mind hurting you in anyway they can."

Non existent customer service at Tophatter.com
"In the past I've had a good experience with Tophatter. However somewhere along the line they have failed miserably. Not only were the purchases I've made recently of substandard poor material and shawdy workmanship, my last order of a pair of headphones never even arrived. When I began my inquiries as to where my order was, I was shocked to find out that there isn't even a phone number available for customers to call with problems. I've spent thousands of dollars on this website and I can't even talk to a human??? I emailed my concerns and the only response I ever got was the automated return response stating that someone would contact me soon. The only time I got a real response was when I wrote an email using bad language. Some body named Todd sent me a pissy email stating that they had sent me plenty of emails. Total lie! What I want is someone to send my money back since it's been almost two months and no trace of my order. But it's not even about the money really. I just want an employee to acknowledge that this is **** poor customer service and maybe they should do something about it. I have had no luck and I will NEVER order or look at Tophatter again. If they treated me this way, they will treat you this way. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Tophatter. Unless you love le to throw money away and get told you don't matter by some punk! Tophatter **** ****!"
