Great experience and good product
"Helped me compare/contrast firewalls and got me info for ROI analysis, then sold great product at fair price. CA carries a broad range of network security products and the sales agent was knowledgeable and good about getting additional information. Helpful in picking best value for best ROI. Product arrived as scheduled in excellent condition as promised. Would recommend for help in determining best product and for sales assistance."

First Purchase Good experience
"I found an HP motherboard to replace the one that failed. It was easy to find by HP part number. The price was good. Shipping rates (even for overnight and 2nd day) were excellent. The checkout process was fairly straightforward, and fast. Multiple payment options.
The description did not indicate if the part was new, used, refurbished, etc. I tried to call the company for clarification but got voice mail, despite calling within business hours posted on the site."

"I was very pleased with my Enter Computers experience. I chose this vendor after my regular channels were backordered on a product I needed. Not only did they have the item in stock, it was also about 4% less expensive!
I did call the company before purchase as I had twice previously ordered the same part from other vendors who claimed it was in stock but the balked after the order was placed. When I called Enter, I spoke with a real person about the product inquiry in less than 1 minute and had an accurate answer in less than 5 minutes.
I appreciated the free ground shipping. Anytime I get free shipping it's a good thing! I was also glad that they used signature required delivery: some other vendors are allowing drop shipment even of very expensive computer parts but this is a real problem for me. Not only that, but I got Saturday delivery at no extra charge! Had the product in my hand almost exactly 4 days after completing the order. That's pretty good for ground service to a non-metro area in the Midwest.
The product arrived in original factory boxes inside a box prepared by Enter. Additional shipping material was not added (but perhaps should have been to fill out the exterior box) and the Enter box did show some minor damage on one side, but the interior (original) boxes and the items were not damaged.
Overall, I was pleased with this vendor and this experience. I have long-established relationships with other vendors, but I will add Enter Computers to my compare list from now on."
