used/paid DesignCrowd multiple times
"I have used DesignCrowd multiple times for logo designs but will never use them again.
I hate their process. I had only 1 designer working on my logo, who it's important to note I couldn't pick, DesignCrowd automatically picked him.
He was based in Venezuela and worked slowly all the while, DesignCrowd had me on a deadline timer that was running out fast.
I did not like the logos and to spare the designer trouble, I asked DesignCrowd to cancel the project and refund my money as they proudly proclaim to do.
Due to their small print on a separate page, they were only refunding me part of my money and they were keeping 1/3 of it.
What a waste of time, I'll gladly refer and use a competing service instead."
