"State Line Tack refuses to cancel non-shipped orders!
Placed order & website stated it would ship in 4-6 days. Then I got an email saying that it would be 7-14 days. 14 days after placing the order, I got an email saying it would ship the following week--3 weeks from date of initial order. Wrote them requesting order be cancelled--no response. Called customer service at two week mark to cancel--they said it had shipped, then I told them that their email that same morning said a ship date a week from today. They stammered & said they would email the warehouse, but there was no guarantee that the order would be cancelled. What kind of business cannot cancel an order when notified by the customer? Any online business will cancel an order if it has not been shipped! State Line Tack seems to have shady business practices if they will not cancel an order that has not shipped!
My advice: order from another company that has reasonable customer service and honest shipping policies!"
