"I received 2/3 of my order... The first 1/3 came pretty quickly, but I was never informed that I was going to receive it in multiple shipments. After not receiving the rest of my order I called and was told that the rest was on the way. After about a week I got the second 1/3, again not knowing that the second 1/3 was also going to be received in separate shipments. I called a week later and was told it would be here in a week.
Here we are over a month later and I still haven't received my full order. I called last Thursday and was on hold for over an hour, my call went silent like someone picked up the line and then hung up. I called back and half an hour later I was finally speaking to a customer service representative. She told me she was the only one taking calls right now and that the remaining part of my order was supposed to be shipped directly to me from their supplier and she would have to investigate what happened and get back to me. Dubious to her request and against my better judgement I agreed to let her look into it.
I never received a call back or anything, so here it is April 18th, 40 days after I placed my order and I'm on hold again, so far for another 30 minutes after already being hung up on again after 33 minutes."
