"LensPro has certainly earned an A+++ from me.
As someone who has worked in the service industry, I have to say that LensPro is one of the best when it comes to customer service/satisfaction. Paul was very helpful with questions and reservations. His communication, whether email or phone, was timely and courteous.
The lens that I rented arrived in great working condition and exactly when I expected it. The case and pre-printed FedEx shipping label made it simple and convenient to return. (Including tracking so you know when it will be delivered)
I would highly recommend LensProtoGo to anyone and am looking forward to renting with LensPro again in the future."
