Terrible Customer Service and Terrible Company!!!!!
"My husband ordered a replacement speaker for his truck. He entered all the pertinent information to secure getting the right part. He got the speakers and they were the wrong part. We had to pay for the shipping to go back even though it was their mistake, not ours. Then to top it off, the cost of the item was $99.95 and they would only refund $79.96. When I called to complain, they stated it was a restock fee and that it stated that in the paperwork! WE NEVER RECEIVED PAPERWORK!!!! I asked to speak to a manager, he (Yugo) transferred me and then the phone hung up! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!"
