“I would never order from them again. I thought I would get good blinds at a reasonable price. What I got was the LOWEST QUALITY POSSIBLE blinds and parts with cheezy, warped valences. Since we take pride in our home, these blinds will likely be replaced as soon as we can. Where possible, we have put the old blinds back and they look better than the Blinds Chalet product.
Don't make our mistake, look elsewhere. The generic blinds at any discount store would be as good if not better and cost a fraction of what I paid.
Ordered six blinds and the largest arrived damaged - despite paying an extra fee for oversize shipping. The headrail was bent in two places and some of the slats were bent. So far, dealing with customer service has been about the level you would expect: a slow, online chat bot. I will update if the problem gets resolved.”
