BIG Letdown
"I stumbled upon Consumercrafts.com in May 2020. I made my 1st & only purchase on May 21st 2020. I waited, waited & waited some more. During my waiting I periodically checked their website to see if my purchase had been shipped yet (key word yet). I emailed the email listed on their site & received an automated reply. A week later I check again & decided to visit their FB page to send them a message. It wasn't until I sent the message June 19th 2020 to see that my package has FINALLY shipped ... YESTERDAY.
Initially I thought Cov-19 stalled shipping BUT that wasn't the case at all. Now I see that they have done away with online sales & that is probably a good thing for them. This is my 2nd 1 star review that I have ever listed because I always give the benefit of the doubt & be as understanding as possible but after a month & zero movement with my purchases removed my understanding."
