Our customer support team has shared with your assistant the availability for modifying our templates or for using a custom upload your own design. You can have full bleed on custom designs that are uploaded and it sounds like that is where the confusion is coming up. In order to have your design full-bleed you will want to follow the provided artwork specifications to size your design properly and it will print full bleed for you. If you wish to have us review your design prior to placing your order we are happy to do so. Just let us know and we can assist you to make sure you get what you want. We are here to help.
