Amazon was faster
"10 days after my order - not a peep. After calling and getting an explanation of the delay, I could not get a promised ship date. I did get an offer to cancel the order, but I left it in backorder. Meanwhile I ordered another filter off Amazon. It arrived 3 weeks before the "Fast" filter did. Delays happen, but when Fast is your name and Amazon kicks your **** you should be embarrassed. I'm going to need 3-4 of these filters per year. Guess who gets my next order?"
