"After finding a carburetor part for an ATV on their site; I called and spoke to Chris (apparently 2nd in command) to verify correct part before placing the order on line. (Chris said it was) When the part came,it didn't fit,clearly incorrect.
I called back & spoke to Matt,who couldn't verify why the part was wrong.I then spent several hours of my own time on other Kawasaki part supplier sites & indeed found the CORRECT part.
I then checked Partzilla site by cross referencing the OEM part # & sure enough,they sold the correct part.
I then made a 3rd phone call & they suggested I spend another $6 in shipping to return a $5 screw.Then they will give me credit toward the correct part.Of course this is ridiculous,especially since they were clearly @ fault for the wrong application.I asked to speak to Chris directly.
The second in command never returned my phone call or Emailed me with a resolution.

O.E.M. parts are the best & fitment was perfect.Now Jim Ellis Audi is #1 on my list & the local dealer where I was already receiving a discount is out."
