Great company...
"I was pleased to find a company to do custom mats whenever I forget to work in the boundaries of ready made mats. The mat I purchased is beautiful and I loved the ease of ordering! However, the shipping company is another matter. The package arrived bent and creased on a quarter corner. I was heartbroken. But after taking the packaging off and un-wrapping the paper I discovered the mat only sustained a slight bent.I'm pressing the mat and with the use of a point gun should still be able to use it. May have dodged a bullet!"
