Terrible customer service
"I realized the product did not have WiFi capability after the order. I was told I couldn't cancel and had to wait to return. I immediately clicked return and filled it out. Response was awaiting approval. Sent twoore, no response. Called, no response, I wanted time and money. Never again. And order date was 11/11/19. Your high tech website won't let me change it."
