false advertising of in stock items
"ordered a set of vision nemesis wheels in gunmetal. it showed they had less than 12 in stock, but they had them. get an email the next day saying to call them because they couldnt finalize the order for some reason. i look on their site and they are now special order!!!
we get the run around on the phone, saying the place they get them from is closed till monday and that they will give us an update on monday. but on the phone they said they will have to order them directly from the manufacturer now, which will take 7-8 business days! from in stock to 7-8 business days after a weekend. meanwhile, the tires i ordered are sitting at pepboys just waiting for us to have the rims, and both were ordered on thanksgiving!
when im shown on their website that they have something, and i place the order and then they cant deliver, that takes away business from someone who ACTUALLY has the product IN STOCK that i would have otherwise purchased the wheels from. this bull**** just wastes my time!
i MIGHT change this review if they can actually ship them in a timely manner."
